A&E Custom Homes is a custom home builder currently building in Brevard, Indian River, St. Johns County and surrounding areas. Established in 2008, owners Andy Bader and Ed Montanez have always stood by their belief that the best way to achieve the highest level of quality and craftsmanship is to personally be on the job site ensuring the homes are built to their standards.

A&E Custom Homes includes many of the features that other builders consider as upgrades. We have compiled a feature list as our standard but will work with you on any aspect to ensure that you get the features that you want. A one year warranty is included with your A&E Home as well as a 10-Year limited structural home warranty by Bonded Builders Warranty Group.
